BUILDING FAMILIES
MAKING DISCIPLES
“Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.”
Luke 18:16
Wesley Chapel Kids
At Wesley Chapel Kids, our mission and vision is to is to disciple each child to personally know, wholeheartedly love, and continually serve Jesus Christ all the days of their lives. We encourage children to serve and renew their communities through the knowledge and application of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Along with teaching children to live out gospel-centered lives, we seek to educate, encourage and support families, as they disciple their children in everyday life.
Our children’s ministry team uses The Gospel Project Curriculum to teach each lesson. The Gospel Project Curriculum takes children on a chronological journey through God’s big story—the story of redemption weaved through Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation. Through the Gospel Project, our teachers and volunteers will teach your children to: See the big story of the Bible, read scripture as Christ-centered, grasp essential Christian doctrines and study the Old and New Testaments. When children truly experience the gospel they are forever changed. It is the gospel, not good behavior, that transforms hearts.
The Wesley Chapel Children’s Ministry is run by April Leahey.
